These terms apply to the exterior-painting website, estimate-request forms, consultation scheduling, and related communications offered by Khaos Construction LLC ("Khaos," "we," "us") at painting-khaosconstruction.com. Please read them before using these services. They do not replace a signed construction agreement.

Website use and information you provide

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate contact and project information. You must be at least 18 to request services and be authorized to discuss the property or act for its owner. Do not submit another person's details without permission, send harmful material, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access.

Estimate requests and project pricing

Submitting a form requests a response; it does not create a construction contract, guarantee project acceptance, or reserve a start date. Estimates depend on location, measurements, surface condition, preparation, access, materials, and the agreed scope. Advertised starting prices, including the $5,000 project guideline, are general guidance and are not a binding quote. A final written proposal identifies the work and price offered.

Scope, deposits, payment schedules, change orders, permits, warranties, cancellation rights, and project deadlines are governed by your separate written agreement and applicable law. Nothing on this website imposes a deposit or cancellation charge for requesting an estimate.

Consultations and scheduling

The exterior-painting consultation is a 30-minute telephone appointment. An on-site assessment, if appropriate, is arranged separately. We call the number you provide. Availability and construction schedules depend on project conditions, weather, materials, approvals, and existing commitments. Any holiday or completion goal must be confirmed in your written project agreement.

Email, calls, and optional text messages

When you request information or book a consultation, we may contact you by email or telephone about that request. You can ask us to stop follow-up communications. Optional text messages require the separate consent presented at signup; accepting these terms or submitting the form is not, by itself, consent to receive texts.

The Khaos Construction LLC estimate and appointment messaging program provides non-marketing updates about your exterior-painting inquiry, scheduling, and appointment reminders when you opt in. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or requesting an estimate.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. You may also withdraw consent through other reasonable methods. To resume texts after opting out, provide fresh consent. Tell us if your phone number changes. Delivery depends on your carrier and device; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This website is not an emergency-response service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, service-provider disclosures, and your choices. A request for services does not authorize unrelated promotional text messages or the sale of your consent.

Content and third-party tools

Website text, branding, and project images belong to Khaos or their respective owners. You may view them for personal evaluation of our services; other uses require the owner's permission unless allowed by law. Project photos illustrate past work and do not guarantee an identical result for another property. We use third-party hosting, forms, and scheduling tools, and their availability may vary.

Website availability and applicable law

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Please confirm material project details directly with us. The website is provided as available; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, or alters warranties in a signed project agreement.

Florida law and applicable federal law govern these website terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Updates and contact

We may revise these website terms and update the effective date. Revisions do not retroactively change signed project agreements or expand your messaging consent.
